Projek Mah Sing yang akan disenaraikan di Lazada untuk 12.12 termasuk M Vertica, Cheras; M Centura, Sentul, Sensa Residence @ Southville City, KL Selatan, M Aruna, Rawang, M Vista, Pulau Pinang dan Meridin East, Johor.
Pembeli yang berminat boleh tengok aplikasi Lazada rumah mulai 28 Nov 2018 dan membuat pembelian mulai 10 hingga 12 Disember 2018.
Pembeli rumah Mah Sing melalui Lazada akan menerima insentif eksklusif 5.0 peratus Lazada bernilai RM20,000 hingga RM30,000 insentif dalam talian yang terbesar yang pernah ditawarkan di Lazada.
SEMAK KELAYAKAN DAHULU SEBELUM BELI
Para pembeli perlu semak kelayakan dahulu sebelum membeli, dokumen yang perlu di bawa ke Bank adalah seperti:
- Penyata Gaji 3 Bulan Terkini
- Penyata Akaun Bank (Akaun Gaji Masuk)
- Salinan Kad Pengenalan Diri
- Penyata Cukai Pendapatan (Jika Ada)
Bank akan memberi maklumat had kelayakan pembelian rumah yang bersesuaian dalam pembelian rumah agar memudahkan bakal pembeli membuat pemilihan yang setaraf dengan kelayakan.
