Dengan bermodalkan RM6500 atau (RM537 x 12 bulan ansuran bulanan), anda boleh mewujudkan TABUNG PERSARAAN suri rumah sebanyak RM150K+++.
Caranya mudah sahaja:
1. Apply ASBF 100K untuk isteri anda (Suami Jadi Pemohon Bersama).
2. Jika ada simpanan RM6500, boleh buat bayaran secara lump sum untuk satu tahun. Kalau tiada, buat simpanan bulanan RM537 selama 12 bulan sahaja.
3. Tahun kedua, andai dividen diumumkan 7%, isteri anda dapat dividen RM7000.
4. Ambil RM6500 daripada dividen untuk bayar ansuran tahun kedua. (Tiada lagi komitmen untuk bayar guna duit sendiri.)
5. Baki RM500, simpan dalam ASB supaya terkompaun.
6. Ulang sehingga tamat pembiayaan.
7. Jika kadar dividen tetap pada 7% setiap tahun dan kadar keuntungan bank kekal pada 5.0%, hasil simpanan terkumpul lebih kurang RM150K (Hasil sebenar mungkin berbeza).
8. Dengan modal RM6500, dapat menghasilkan simpanan RM150K untuk isteri.
Barulah jadi suami yang kacak.
